Abstract: The controversial positions regarding the Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD) are based on the desolate current research, caused by both the controversial aetiology, and the symptomatic and diagnosis. Against this background, particular the medical proceeding has to be considered as critical and a repositioning of the psychotherapy has to be reached. To achieve this it is advised to use the model of salutogenese accepted by pedagogues, medicines and psychotherapists for the conceptional design of a new view on ADD. Therefore the focus of the psychotherapy shifts from disease to well being, which finally leads to a paradigm change. This new perception will also influence other disciplines and help to solve open issues concerning the research, and mainly to strengthen the constantly increasing number of affected individuals. |
